Woke up feeling useless because of a nightmare. Like, if I can’t even save a group of mutant teenagers from being executed by their own town and families, how am I supposed to get out of bed and brush my teeth?

I wouldn’t wish it on those I hate the most.
The black-shadowy man almost started to rape me once while I was paralyzed. Somehow I was able to move my jaw and bite his tongue. Once my jaw was locked around his tongue, though, I was frozen again. I had to watch him twist and scream as he pulled away. His tongue stretched away from his mouth in an unnatural way like rubber. I was able to wake myself up after a few moments of this.
